When should I call Hinman Law?
For some people contacting a lawyer is viewed as a last resort, something that you should do when all else has failed and communication has completely broken down. Don't fall into this trap. Hiring a lawyer early on in a dispute, before parties have dug into their positions or have allowed emotion to cloud their reasoning, can often times lead to better outcomes and lower legal bills. The short answer is, if you have asked yourself if it is time to contact a lawyer, it probably is.
Hinman Law can tailor its representation to be as involved as the client wishes at whatever stage of a dispute. For instance, the firm can represent you on a limited scope basis to provide an evaluation of your legal rights and the options available to you to pursue on your own, or you can hire the firm to step in as your advocate and take the burden off of your shoulders. Whatever the situation, there is no harm in calling or emailing to see if the firm can help. There is no charge for inquiring unless we agree that Hinman Law, P.C. is the right fit for you. |
