Jeff Hinman founded Hinman Law, P.C. in 2017 to focus on providing effective, accessible, client-focused litigation and dispute resolution services to clients in Central Oregon. Hinman Law focuses exclusively on assisting clients in resolving disputes related to trusts, probates, and other issues that arise after the death of a loved one, whether by negotiating a settlement directly or through mediation, litigation, arbitration, or other formal dispute resolution processes.
While Jeff is a trial lawyer, he believes that being a "litigator" is not simply about being a tactician. Rather, litigators best serve their clients by exercising good judgment and acting as a strategic advisor to clients in guiding a dispute to a successful resolution. Some litigators treat every client matter as a battle to be won between combatants, which is an approach that serves to increase the cost of litigation without necessarily improving outcomes for clients.
